What is a birth doula?
The word doula comes from the Greek word meaning “woman’s servant” — but today, it represents something much more sacred and powerful.

A birth doula is a trained, non-medical professional who provides continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and the early postpartum period.

As your doula, I come alongside you — offering education that empowers, guidance that encourages you to trust your intuition and helps you listen to and trust yourself fully, reassurance, and a steady presence throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.
I’m here to help you feel confident in your choices, supported in your body, and never alone in the process.
